2. Services

Pretti Aesthetics provides aesthetic and beauty services including but not limited to treatments booked through our website or contact forms. All services are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Pretti Aesthetics.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Appointments & Bookings

Booking Confirmation
Your appointment is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email or message from Pretti Aesthetics.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment: may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows (failing to appear without notice): may result in a fee equal to the full service cost

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other clients. Full service price may still apply.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours notice.

4. Health & Safety

Medical Disclosure
You are responsible for informing Pretti Aesthetics of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or health concerns that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in treatment being declined.

Contraindications
Certain services may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant, nursing, have certain skin conditions, or are taking specific medications. We reserve the right to decline services if we determine it is not safe to proceed.

Consent
By booking a service, you consent to receiving the treatment as described and acknowledge that results may vary.

5. Payments

Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Payment Methods
We accept payment methods as displayed on our website or at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Refund Policy

• Services rendered are non-refundable
• Prepaid packages or gift cards may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no services have been used
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the service date

Aesthetic results vary from person to person. Pretti Aesthetics makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes of any treatment. Before and after photos shown on our website are examples only and individual results may differ.
